Who we are

This website is run by LOGICAS TECH LIMITED (“Logicas Tech”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 16660775. Our registered office is 94 Tudor Estate, Maesteg, Wales, CF34 0SP. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries and service requests. When you use our request form, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and project details) are placed into an email in your own email app, which you then choose to send to us. When you email us directly, we receive the contents of your email. We use this information to respond to you and to discuss the services you've asked about.
• Support requests from clients. If you email our support address, we use your message to provide the support you've asked for.
• Client Area sign-in. The Client Area is not yet active. Details typed into its sign-in form are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Our lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and to run a secure website, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you ask us about our services. Where we provide services to you, we process data as necessary to perform our contract with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case we keep relevant records for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

Third parties

We do not sell your data. To run this website, your browser connects to the following services, which receive your IP address and basic browser information:

• Google Fonts (Google), which provides the fonts used on this site.
• jsDelivr, a content delivery network that provides the 3D graphics library used on our home page.
• Our website hosting provider and our email provider, which process data on our behalf.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Storage on your device

We store two small, non-tracking preferences in your browser: your chosen colour theme (light or dark) and whether the intro animation has already played in this browsing session. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where that applies. To make a request, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
